Strategic Mission
(As Contained in the Strategic Plan, Enacted June 2002)
The Chapter has an enacted Strategic Plan and uses a Balanced Scorecard to implement the goals on a yearly basis. The Chapter, at the Committee Coordination, Orientation, and Planning Workshop held in June each year, examines and implements the Strategic Plan. Results of the year are compiled and targets for the following year are set. The Balanced Scorecard is revised at this meeting and sent to the Board for approval.
